How to export your chat?

We'll show you how to get the necessary file in just a few steps.

Step 1

Go to your Instagram profile and tap the three lines in the top right corner.

Within your profile, look for the option to access the Account Center.

Step 3

Select "Your information and permissions" .

Step 4

Request "Export your information".

Step 5

Request a new export in "Create export".

Step 6

Select the information you want to export, the date range, "HTML Format" and click "Start export".

Step 7

You will receive an email with a link to export the file, on the same screen where you previously requested the export.

Step 8

When you unzip the folder you will find a folder with all your exported conversations.

Step 9

Now attach the file you just saved on the next screen to start the analysis.
