WhatsApp & Instagram Chat Analyzer

Chatmetric reads an exported WhatsApp chat or Instagram conversation and turns it into clear statistics for every person in it:

• Who texts more: messages sent by each person and their share of the conversation.
• Reply time: how long each person takes to answer, on average.
• Message length: who writes the longest messages.

1. In WhatsApp, open the chat or group and choose Export chat and then Without media. Follow the guide for Android or iPhone.
2. Upload the .txt or .zip file in the WhatsApp chat analyzer.
3. Your statistics are ready in seconds, and you can save the report as a PDF.

For Instagram, download your messages from the Accounts Center in JSON format and upload them in the Instagram DM analyzer.

You don't need to give access to your WhatsApp or Instagram account. The file you upload is deleted from our server right after the analysis and the text of the messages is never stored: the report keeps only the figures and the participants' names, which are encrypted. Nobody reads your conversations, and they are not used for advertising or to train AI.

Is Chatmetric free?

Your first analysis is free. After that you can buy a pack of 3 or 10 reports or take the unlimited yearly plan. In the app you can also get a report by watching an ad.

Does it work with WhatsApp group chats?

Yes. It analyzes one-to-one chats and groups of up to 150 people.

Which languages does it support?

It reads WhatsApp exports from iPhone and Android in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
